2008 Vail Bouldering World Cup Media

    i heard from one of the coursesetters that Paul was bitching up a storm about how unfair it was that he had to climb in the sun, i thought it was too bad he couldnt have a better attitude about competing

    Interesting. Not sure if that means he has a bad attitude about competing or not.

    It seems from reading a few different reports that first timers learned a lot about how important it is to maintain ones composure.

    I don't think that wanting to compete in the same conditions as the other competitors is having a bad attitude at all. These people are professionals whose success or failure at these events has a material impact on their lives. Not every climbing competition needs to be just a friendly get together.
